Online Learning with Sarri
Featured Course: Naming and Taming Overwhelm for Healthcare and Human Service Professionals
This is a staff development course for healthcare and human service organizations. After completing the course, you and your team will be able to create a comprehensive approach to recover from overwhelm.
In this workshop-playshop, we will be building your self-care skills and learning more about your inner Yes and No.
This is an immersive deep-dive to do some boundary recovery work and dig out your own personal boundaries. You will explore 7 patterns and how you use them.
We will use story-telling, journaling, art, and a little boundary theater. We will trace your boundary life lessons. All of this in a supportive setting where we will use the surrounding village and beaches of Saint-Yzans-de-Médoc, France - in the Bordeaux region - for restoration and enhancing your self-care.
