In this workshop-playshop, we will be building your self-care skills and learning more about your inner Yes and No.
This is an immersive deep-dive to do some boundary recovery work and dig out your own personal boundaries. You will explore 7 patterns and how you use them.
We will use story-telling, journaling, art, and a little boundary theater. We will trace your boundary life lessons. All of this in a supportive setting where we will use the surrounding village and beaches of Saint-Yzans-de-Médoc, France - in the Bordeaux region - for restoration and enhancing your self-care.
The 2018 retreat was in early February. Stay tuned for the 2019 date.
