This very special retreat combines exploring the stunning Médoc region with focused workshop sessions and
opportunities to gather together and enjoy the region's flavors.
We will use a collaging process called SoulCollage® where you discover what you need to support you in your life right now. This is a very fun process that always reveals inner parts of you. We will connect these discoveries about you to understanding your boundaries and your self-care. You don’t have to have any art expertise. You will learn a guided process you can take home with you and do any time you need. This is a fun, addictive and soul-stirring process.
The Médoc region in France is gorgeous. We'll enjoy the foods, culture, châteaux, views, and history of the region. This will be a time for renewal and relaxation. We will go beyond talking about self-care, we will nurture our souls. Each day you will have a different planned schedule for a delicious lunch out, touring, exploring, and have time for reflection. We will also be reading about a woman who lived in this area in the 12th century and discuss her relevancy to us in our book club conversations during the retreat.
Saint-Yzans-de-Médoc, France - in the Bordeaux region - for restoration and enhancing your self-care.
This SoulCollage® workshop is for the curious explorer who is interested in discovering hidden gems about yourself. You will be making cards using collage (no art skills necessary) to create your life story deck. This is a relaxing, joyful process that offers surprising insights. We will also explore which archetypes are revealing themselves in your life. If you don't know much about archetypes, this will be a fun and easy way to learn about them.
