NOTE: There is no sales pitch during Sarri's webinars. She starts right on time and delivers a full hour of useful information that you can use immediately.
In BOUNDARIES OF ALL KINDS, you will explore different kinds of boundaries to use in your personal and professional life: flexible, rigid, ones that are just for me and not for you,
ones that you may share with others or keep to yourself, ones that require agreement and ones that don't, ones that are quiet and ones that are loud. You control the dial, the tone,
and decide when you need to braodcast and when you don't. But let's be very clear about how the boundary impacts you.
What kind of boundary do you need? It depends on the situation, the impact it is having on you, and the type of person you are dealing with. In this webinar Sarri will share the types of boundaries you will use most often and review ways to adjust your boundaries for different circumstances.
This webinar series is based on my book Naming and Taming Overwhelm. Join Sarri for a deep dive into recovering from overwhelm.
